Founder, Women Who Tech and Rad Campaign

Allyson Kapin is the founder of Women Who Tech (WWT) and the social change web agency Rad Campaign.

Allyson launched one of the largest global programs to disrupt a culture and economy that has made it exceedingly difficult for women to launch startups and raise capital. She’s mission set on closing the funding gap and her organization has funded startups On Second Thought, SIRUM, My Didimo, Timeless, Sampson Solutions, Vitrue Health, Solstice Energy Solutions, Pathspot, Cyprio, and more. She is also a Founding Partner in the W Fund, a new fund to fuel a more powerful and representative future for the world by investing in traditionally underfunded founders who build more innovative, inclusive and profitable technologies/companies that generate big returns

Having been named one of the "Most Influential Women in Tech" by Fast Company, she also runs Rad Campaign where she works with the largest nonprofits, foundations, and philanthropists build applications and national campaigns to power fundraising and grassroots movements. She also sits on the League of Women Voters Board of Trustees.
