Having completed an MA in Fashion at Kingston University, Jessica is working to promote sustainable fashion through her online resource Sustainable Fashion Journal.

Jessica is really excited to start her Mentorship Programme with W4C, she says: "I am extremely pleased to be part of the mentoring programme as I believe it will provide me with the business guidance I need to grow my business Sustainable Fashion Journal".

Gillian Wilkins is a London-based fashion editor, stylist, and brand consultant who is currently the Fashion Director of ELLE UK. Previously the Fashion Editor at British Vogue and the Fashion Director of Russh, Gillian has contributed for other titles including Vogue US, Vogue China, Vogue Australia, Vogue Japan, Teen Vogue, L’Uomo Vogue, Numero, The Telegraph, The Last Magazine, Industrie, and Interview.

Additionally, Wilkins has styled shows for Dennis Basso, Dion Lee, Osman Yousefzada & Cinq et Sept and worked on various advertising campaigns including YSL Beauty, Dior Beauty, TAG Heuer, Messika Paris, H&M, Topshop, Esprit, Max&Co., Stella Sport, Adidas and Wolford.
