PROJECT
Petit Architect brings architecture workshops in schools and after school programs with the mandate to make architecture more accessible to children and youth and inspire them to become educated citizens involved in their cities. Maïa’s focus as an architect has always been sustainability, social impact and energy efficiency. Her curriculum is focused on sustainable architecture and urban design. In November 2018, with the help of ZEBx, the City of Vancouver, Passive House Canada, and other private sponsors, she hosted a family workshop called A Passive House Intro for Kids in Vancouver. Her goal is to bring these fun hands-on workshops into many schools and raise awareness to accelerate the shift towards greener cities.
