A Polish national living in Barcelona. I dedicate myself to mostly vegetarian, healthy, gluten-free, lactose-free cuisine. Cocina Hokuspokus focuses on food and a healthy and environmentally friendly lifestyle. In its second phase, the project will cover the theme of permaculture and sustainability. I will focus on the issue of raw material production, forest garden and organic crops. Until now, I participated in several projects of similar nature: in Morocco on regeneration of oases in the Sahara, in Poland on organic farming, in Spain on a bio-construction project.
The objectives of the HokusPous project are:
- Increase awareness of how our consumer habits affect the environment and our health.
- Teach the most sustainable lifestyles.
- Create menu for the climate (micro-project on healthy and sustainable food).
MOTIVATION FOR AND COMMITMENT TO CREATING A BETTER AND MORE SUSTAINABLE PLANET
The project comes from my passion for cooking, nature and traveling. I believe that each of us can, through small actions, create the well-being of everyone on our planet. Let's start with ourselves. The small actions of each day are like drops of water and if they are many, they will finally turn into sea. Being part of Women4Cimate gives me more strength and tools to act and multiply actions for the good of the planet.
