The project aims to develop a city full of fruit trees, by planting local fruit trees inside private yards of residence buildings, with access to all. The trees will provide healthy and accessible food, reduce air pollution and reduce urban heat island effect, and benefit the local species such as birds butterfly and bees.
MOTIVATION FOR AND COMMITMENT TO CREATING A BETTER AND MORE SUSTAINABLE PLANET
I am passionate about living in an urban city like Tel Aviv, I want to work to improve the quality of life in urban cities and making sure the ecosystem is not harmed. A. In this sense, I am investigating solutions that can create a balanced way of living in a city that both respects its nature and the basic needs of its people, towards cleaner environment (land, water and air), open spaces for people to gather and interact as a community. I believe my mission in life is to play a good part in this world for our environment, and that is my motivation.
